Yes, from the opportunity list, select the follower, then a chat window will pop up for synchronous communication.

For each opportunity there are options to “Mark Won” and “Mark Los”. Once the stages are set correctly, you need to click “won”. Then the deal will move to the WON stage.

The creation of templates is highly recommended because it allows you to speed up processes by reducing errors. To be able to set up a template email within the opportunity, select send message> set the text of the email and choose >save as new template. At this point the newly created template will be available.

The missed opportunity can be listed by Filters > Missed. Also, when opening one of the missed opportunities, a "Restore" button will be provided to restore the missed opportunity. After recovery, the opportunity will be restored to the stage in which it was lost.

A sales team can be created from CRM > Setup > Sales Team > Create. The HR module effectively manages employees by centralizing all information, supervises all data of each department, reserves access to sensitive information only to HR managers. The system allows to receive email alerts for any permit request, assignment, application, evaluation and much more.

Tracks actual working hours of employees and sorts them by projects, clients, or tasks. This tool also provides for the recording and analysis of times and attendance for each employee.
